Well, I always think of something an old boss of mine taught me on my first day of work for him. He was a dentist and told me that you never say "Woops". So when I make a mistake I just smile and go on with what I am doing. Makes the mistake seem not so bad.
I was at a quilting retreat and one woman worked in a dental office. She said hygienists were taught just to say, "there!" if they made a mistake. We started saying it all through the weekend. Of course with great hilarity!!
