Nan62 -- what beautiful landscaping! And 15 oak trees -- wow -- sounds like a lot of work! And I can't imagine having that much space anyway -- LOL! Never been to Texas, but they say everything is bigger there, right?

Wow, lots of great mug rugs coming from all over the place.
FabQuilter, the animal print, especially the panda bear, for regm is cute. And love the bright colors of the mug rug you did up for annt59.
Snownannie- your mug rug from nhnative is a cute animal print.
Nhnative-Snownannie was pretty creative using the letters 'ZOO' with embroidery. Nice mug rug you received.
Robinlee-Flamingos! They're a first for this swap.
dotcomdtom-Crafty1's fabric choice is perfect for those animals.
Nan62-when we sold our 'family' home a couple of years ago, we had to rehome our laying hens. We sure miss them. Lots. But they went to a wonderful home with acres and acres, and lots of gardens, to be busy in. And I love (and miss) landscaping. Nice job to both you and dh.

Nonnative, those oil tanks belong to neighbors across the field . My daddy used to gauge those wells for a company when we were little. I now live on the homeplave 15 miles from 3 different small towns. It's been nice in the cool mornings sitting outside on the porch.
Again I'm enjoying seeing all the mug rugs and should be getting mine this week. Thanks dfelker for letting me know. Waiting on Ms Jan Rutherford . Summers always a busy time.

I can't wait to share with you the most wonderful swap package I received today from Omee5. Her favorite animal at the zoo is the Snow Leopard and she created him from her inspired artist Mary Lou Weidman, isn't he the cutest! My partner also included the most incredible goodies, here we go... a vintage handerchief, 2 row by row patterns from local shops, an antique pin from a recent estate sale, Hello Kitty napkins (I adore Hello Kitty anything!), a sparkly notebook, tea and cocoa (today it's perfect, our temps only reached the 60's), tissue holder for my purse, the most adorable kitty scissors, and "best for last" home made peanut brittle!!!!!! Oh my gosh, it tastes fantastic! Thank you Doris for sending such an amazing swap package, everything is just awesome! Jan
