I have ordered at least 3 times from them and I have never been disappointed. My shipping only took a couple of days, even though they do warn you that shipping may take longer. I have even ordered dies for my new AccuQuilt GO!! machine. I will be ordering again from him very soon.

errr ... ummmm .... now that we all know the definition of snarky, let's not provide any more examples here, ok? ;-)

i also shop often at jhittle. i consider it the place to go for shmetz needles. i can buy a year's worth for the cost of just a few packs elsewhere.

you'll get emails about twice a week with pages of specials. there are usually some really rock-bottom bargains tucked in.

it's true they can be slower to ship than we are used to, but i find my orders to always be worth the wait. :-)

    Thanks Patrice!

If you look at close to the bottom of their website it specifically states something like "orders make take up to 10 days to be filled". That sorta put me off so I called them with my order and asked why would it take so long to be shipped? The super nice person said specific thread colors or heavily ordered items might take more time because they were waiting for their orders to come in. I made a nice purchase from them and had my order in 3 days.

The people there are very kind and are happy to explain how they do business. Like anywhere else it's your choice to order from someone or not. It's up to the consumer to be aware of their policies and it they don't read the website they hardly have the right to complain.

Whenever I am concerned about someone's policy I always call in my order and request my preferred method of shipping if acceptable to them and have never been disappointed.

Like Patrice mentioned, you get two emails a week with their specials. It is an awkward website but so are many others. I have never been disappointed with them.

And doin a fine job of it too jmaurath. I have ordered from them too. I like the prices. As long as they leave the prices low I don't care what their website looks like. Web designers cost money.

    Here's the correct link:

They've been around for years. Not the most user-friendly website but deals are there.

A quick Google search would have verified the information.

But I only have 1200 posts.
I have ordered quilting tools from this company and was completely satisfied except the shipping is a little high (for me) and it takes about two or three weeks to get the order. I've never had to send anything back. Everything was as described. I don't use them anymore because I have found orther sources.

How about sharing the information for the other sources you use? That would be a big help here, I would think. Thanks!

I probably don't have enough posts either, but I have ordered from them several times and have been very happy with the merchandise and the shipping time.
