    I think that it works. It's great that you were able to come up with something so nice. For some those pieces would have become another UFO.

    WOW! That is one way to make sure fabrics all match in a pieced quilt! Cut them all from the same piece of fabric, but cut them the OBW way. Results looks like you coordinated several matching fabrics. Awesome!
