What a fun panel! I agree with outlining the objects in the panel but you could also add more interest by adding texture quilting in the horses mane and the clapboards of the dollhouse etc. Just let your mind go free and add whatever you feel like, just make sure you quilt at least as closely as the instructions of the batting you are using say to quilt. Hello Margaret and Welcome. I think if it was mine I would outline the boxes and the star and maybe do a 5 point star design in the background, Just randomly placed. You can also add more if it suits you later. Good Luck.
