    I LOVE it!!! Not too many feathers. I, too, think feathers are overdone -- but you broke the design up. Besides, feathers are FUN to do (go look for my latest post) LOL

    OMG I love it.

    I see you had a lot of SID, that is really time consuming. But how can you overdo feathers.

    yes I saw the question or I should say comment on feathers being overdone awhile ago. But I wonder if they saw a quilt or quilts where the feathers outdid the quilt top.

    Yours are gorgeous and the feathers are another texture but the patchwork comes through as the main focus of the quilt.

    When I was learning to quilt, I thought feathers were the epitomy of gorgeous. I still think so.

    To me, this is not overdone in the least. I love a heavily-quilted quilt & this is just gorgeous work!
