    Very nice quilt!! I really like it when its made with a pieced backing as well so its like two quilts in one. You know in his mind without him, this quilt would not have been completed, this is why he is "posing" so well!!

    I forgot to say that the inspiration for this quilt was one called Saddle Tramp which was designed by Marcie patch and appeared in McCall's Quick Quilts, Oct/Nov 2010 issue. I Replaced some of the strip blocks with my focus fabrics and added another border. Thanks for all the positive comments I've received. I'm sure he's going to love it. My daughter who is married to him thinks it's awesome and that he's really going to be pleased.

    I just love the generosity of QB members! Warms my heart to read these stories. You did a great job and the quilt inspector is correct, it is a wonderfully comfy quilt!
