Your sew going to enjoy designing your new studio. I'm building my house now and will have a new studio also.
But my basement almost has all it's walls and the main floor where the studio will be hasn't been started yet.
I'm sew excited for us both.

What a wonderful space! You will just love having so much room! You can start looking for cabinets and tables, etc. and plan your lighting. You can decide on a color scheme and flooring....the possibilities are just endless! Congratulations!

Just get out the paper and pencil and start drafting the floor plan. I drew all the desks and tables to size, and cut them out of paper, and then just kept shifting everything around till I got the best arrangement I could come up with. Sure is a lot easier than moving furniture after it is in place. Also gives you the time to put lights where you need them. And you have 2 wonderful windows to work with. So look forward to seeing the finished room. You must be so excited.
