    I love the Dear Jane quilt. Your friend did a beautiful job. I'm glad she's getting it hand quilted. It deserves it!

    Inspiring! I only have 4 blocks of mine finished. I was going to do it all by hand because of a comment DFIL made about my DMIL and her quilting. Then DH asked what I was thinking-use the machine! He isn't concerned with the method- he is more concerned about how many I finish.

    Thanks for sharing the pics!! I planned on seven years :lol:

    Izy-She bought the computer software in addition to the book. Some of the blocks she paper pieced, some she machine pieced and others she hand appliqued.

    She does absolutely amazing work. I am so proud of her.
