Please, I feel guilty already. Jackie Spencer I am like you and do not have a schedule - Do what I want when i want. From here I go to whatever blogs are connected and then hunt for historical state documentation books. BUT...I do get up on tv commercial breaks and do walking exercise.

I could get more quilting done if I did not love to read so much. I have promised a quilt to all my children and gchildren for their birthdays this year so I have been motivated to quilt more. I took photos of all quilts and sent to each person to choose their quilt according to whose birthday came first. So far I have made 2 from scratch and put the binding on 3 others that have been quilted for awhile but not bound. I need 13 in all plus a dementional bow tie made from 5 inch squares of a flannel that looks like men's suiting for my husband. Got to get busy😃

Cyn,I pray you have a painless & fast recovery!
I'm recouping from detached retina surgery on left eye & laser for 2 tears & a hole in my retina on my right eye. At first I would sit in my easy chair, I enlarged my laptop screen & using a magnify glass I was able to see what's going on in the quilt world on the board. Now a wk. later I able to see better I keep thinking I could do a few things around the house or in sewing room but still can't seem to get out of my chair. lol Maybe I will talk myself into doing something productive yet today. Glad to know I'm not the only one that can't seem to get out of my chair. I'm giving myself 30 mintues more then I getting up. lol
Very blessed & thankfull for my sight.

I'd get more done if someone took my laptop away. It's cool this morning and being snuggled up in bed with a warm quilt and 3 little fur bodies just feels too good to get up!

I agree completely, chair too comfy with quilt books in lap.

Sometimes I feel the same. I have often wondered if I could get one of those hospital tables that goes across the bed and figure a way to sew in the easy chair....oh, there I go thinking again!!

MY BFF gifted me a leather recliner a while back and I actually had to move it out of the way for the very same reason. Even hubby found out that it apparently has a switch to make you go to sleep.

IT'S TWUE, IT'S TWUE! All of this is so true! So glad to know I am not alone in this guilty pleasure.
I regularly forward many of my daily QB's to my girlfriend who is deciding to join because I have found sew many interesting things. Maybe I should warn her of the addiction possibilities. LOL!
