I too buy from online stores. Many of the ones already mentioned. I also am lucky to have 2 GREAT LQS just within 7 miles of my house. I may pay more buying there, but I think supporting local businesses is good practice. I am visiting Miami this week and there are NO .... that's right .... NO quilt shop within a 2 hr. drive. I've talked to several quilters here (actually ran into them at a JoAnn Fabrics) and they said that all the shops have closed up. Sad.
