    I like 1 and the way the chains feed into the border and incorporate the colors. Just beautiful.

    I like the 1st one. Something in me likes things 'finished'. On #1 the dark chain completes its diamond.

    #1 gets my vote but I would miter the corners of the floral border. Just my opinion

    What if you were to put a block of the blue and white fabric on the bottom of the point and then add borders? I can't visualize it, but maybe because the eye is drawn to the edges, that extra block might just be the final "point" and then it would all look wonderful and balanced and then borders.

    have you thought of a mitered corner? Might be interesting. It's going to be a nice quilt hope you post it when finished.

    Same thoughts as mine: If you add a white strip before the 1st blue border you will get a 'floating' effect which is quite nice. Also, you might consider mitering the corners. Here's a sampe of what I mean:
