    I love red, so I would do a narrow blue (or floral print) and then wider red. I always try to keep my inner border from "touching" in same fabric in the block so it may mean flipping some blocks or moving their placement in the quilt (that is just an OCD thing that I do)

    Well, I am leaning towards the third one. My next step is to decide how wide to make each border. Sort of depends on how much fabric I have, as I would like to bind in the same fabric that the last border is.

    I agree with Dunster. It will take more work but I think the third option is the best. It really makes the colors of the quilt pop. Just the red or blue border sort of look dull but with the softer color as the accent, it is what I would choose myself.
