    Thank you, Whitney60. I was close. Good luck with yours. I really enjoyed making this quilt. I actually made two at the same time (or almost). I cut way tooo many pieces, so I decided to make two. My first one's applique is not quite finished. I made it using 20 blocks instead of 16 as the pattern called for, and placed the appliques in opposite corners instead of all the way around it, as the pattern shows. The smaller one was for a Christmas present, so I decided to spend my time on it...the other one is for me. The applique on TWO kinda got next to me before it was all over with. But, I think the applique just really finishes off this quilt. Soooo, I did it!!

    Wonderful quilt! So sorry you and hubby have been sick. I have been sick since 2 days after Christmas, don't ya just hate it when you have so much to do and time off work and then are sick and don't have the energy to do much of anything? Hope you and your hubby recover quickly!
