I also like the Eleanor Burns method best. Get good results every time. Somewhere in her videos is a formula for making them larger and smaller.

Jenny Doan has a tutorial on their website called"Silly Goose". She uses two half square triangle blocks to make the flying geese blocks. Lol!

Just FYI Jenny's method IS easy. Just be aware that all your edges will be bias. Handle them carefully and as little as possible. Press gently and no scrubbing with the iron! (ask me how I know!!)

BTW I use up all my waste triangles sewn into HST and then into flying geese. Sometimes I dont' even match the two 'geese' fabric. I just love the look of flying geese!
