The shop in Philomath Oregon has one of an old fashioned water pump and one in Albany, Oregon has one of water balloons and faucet to fill them. I am sure there are more around, but that is all I have seen so far in my wandering in Oregon.

Boy, I am with Costumegirl. I can't hardly believe how fast some people have been! Running to 7 different shops, piecing, batting, binding in such a fast time!!!! Geesh, they were turning them in before I was able to even purchase 3!! That's beyond impressive.
I had THOUGHT I was a quilter but I sure can't compete with that!!!

I won a week ago, and am still waiting to see my quilt posted. The store has to send the pictures to the "owner" of the state site and then it gets posted. The store asked to keep the quilt for a few weeks, and I didn't get any pictures of it before I took it in, so I can't share pictures until it gets posted on facebook - or I get it back and take my own.
Thanks for the information on finding them on Facebook.

And especially, CONGRATULATIONS on your win! I hope you will post your quilt on the QB.

Congratulations on being a winner! I know your quilt must be beautiful! I have collected some rows from different shops and finished two rows, just started the third one. It sure has been fun and the rows are pretty.

One of the rows in my quilt was designed to be vertical... upper left corner, "Save Every Drop" from Quiltique in Henderson, Nevada. There are several rows in Ohio and Michigan that are vertical too.
And you don't have to keep them in rows. I broke up some of the rows and actually made extra blocks for 2 of the rows... some people used 9 or 10 rows.
You have until October 31 to turn in a finished quilt to any participating shop that hasn't had a previous winner. You don't have to use that shops row in the quilt. Last year some shops in Michigan never had a winner.

The Stitchery in Rome GA has a vertical pattern. "It's Raining Color" - super cute pattern (I think) and a very lovely, friendly shop. Hope I get to go back soon!

Here's the quilt I did this year.
    All rows from Texas.
I'm collecting other row by row patterns for future use.
It was a fun experience. Plus a challenge to read and understand each shops "style" of presenting a pattern.
