I was just going to say that!! I fly a couple of times a year with a friend who is half my age. We're always pre-checked, but because I'm "old" I never have to take shoes off...just walk right on through. We joke it's because I'm special!!

I used to work for Hayneedle.com, and they had a really strict pre-auth process. Some people would get mad when their order was canceled because the information did not add up. But let me tell you, that process stopped several card thieves from getting away with anything. And remember, don't just call the bank, call the police and file an online FBI fraud complaint. It really does help.
