    So beautiful!

As for the napkins, I think those would be a great addition, but I know they take time and quite a bit of fabric. As for the time issue, have you tried the Fabric Folding Pen? It's a little pricey, but the fluid lasts a long time! You would mark 1/4" and then fold and press (quickly and easily), then you can press the next 1/4" without marking (am I making sense?). Anyway, I love mine and have found so many uses for it.

I wish I could figure out how to do a rolled hem. I can do it pretty well on a straight line, but just cannot get the corners to look good.

Those placemats are beautiful. Love your fabric choices. I think napkins to go along with the placemats would be nice too. Very nice gifts to give.

How sweet they are. I am sure they will thank you many times for these place mats.

Such pretty leaf shaped placemats...they make a nice change from the usual shaped ones.

If you have a serger, you could do a narrow rolled hem. I do all my napkins that way. Use a pretty nylon thread, really adds to them.f I

I adore your place mats. I was looking for some in the shops yesterday and only came home with two as most were plastic, rattan or just plain ugly. These are lovely and the leaf shape is unusual. Hope you won't mind but I'm going to have a go at these.
