    Yep, I love mine for many other things such as getting lids off some jars!

    Many years I used the gardening gloves to quilt with thinking it was the same, but, I am here to tell you the gloves are heads above in the feel and performance. In comparing the price, there is very little difference in the price I was paying for the gardening ones and the sale price I got on the machingers.

    There is a lady on Craftsy (Christina Cameli?) who FMQ's with gardening gloves with the index fingers cut out. She does amazing work.
    I bought Machingers, too and they are fantastic. Make sure to get the proper size. I didn't know they were so washable. I was afraid they would become unsticky. I'll have to do that as they are looking a bit dingy after a few black quilts.
