Janstar, loved the picture. That is how much they are calling for in some parts of the state to the west of us. Right now they are saying we might get an inch if we are lucky but then it will all turn to rain. :(

I am about 30 min north-east of henry and Piedmong Quilter, and no snow here yet! :cry: But we are getting a layer of ice on the deck. :shock: If we get snow, I will post a picture! :-D

It is sleeting here(5:14pm) been doing it since 5:00pm but they just said on WRAL that its going to change to rain. So this was a BUST for us.

at least you got some flakes all we got was ice.
But it is bitter cold! Our deck is a sheet of ice now.
No snow again. but I have faith we will get some this year! :lol: :lol:

A sad state here, in the middle of NC. Not one snow flake :roll:
Just cold rain now :shock: I can drive 30 min west or north, and lots of snow :shock: Somehow it always messes here though. Hope you got yours Rose!!

Well, I promised some pictures, so here goes...

we had about 15 inches. if it would have hit last week (say on Monday) we would have missed the entire week of school. I think this is how our winter is going to be. YAAAA!!!

again, thanks everyone, for the snow dance. it worked!!!
