I mada a yellow brick road pattern years ago but lost the pattern. I think it was the first quilt I made so the saleslady helped me pick out the fabrics and my granddaughter and I figured out hhow to put the various fabric pieces . I never saved the picture of the quilt. It is an easy pattern.

I have - it started out the size of the pattern, but kept growing. I wound up with a beautiful king size quilt.

I love this pattern. I used to work in a quilt store and would recommend it to all of the "beginner" quilters who didn't know where to start. It's a great cutting learner piece and it work well with almost any fabric. I've also fussy cut some 9.5" blocks and used them in the quilt along with the pieced ones. Makes a great kids quilt...just the right size.

This is a great "quick" quilt for a baby quilt and it only uses 6 fat quarters (and a little yardage for binding and a border if you want one to make that size.) It is a great stash buster!!! I have made it several time in larger versions as well. I work in a quilt store and have seen many different color ways. Go for it!
