Somewhere there is a treadle for you, just have to wait.

Once my supposedly intelligent brother got his wife for her
birthday..are you ready for this?>.....he got her a chain saw!!!

And was honestly bewildered when she wouldn't speak to him
for a week! He took it back and had the sense to ASK her what
    she wanted for a present!

Maybe I am different but I like the power tools as well as the quilting tools too.

That is so funny. I would love the lawn mower too.

Well, it is "awesome" - just not what you wanted.

I bought myself a riding lawn mower 2 years ago. Haven't been on it since we got it. DS loves to mow the lawn on it. Can we say "Tom Sawyer"?

Ive been looking at treadles for a while on CL. No one emails me back. If it's gone- tell me. grrr.

Some of my presents have been a dremmil, drills, small rotary blade saw (what do you call them?), I'd have to go through the garage to remember all of them. He did teach me how to use them so that is a plus on his part. It is amazing how many times I have used them and how much fun they were. I've moved on now, I put the tasks on the honey do list.

found a white in CR, IA, Craigs List, needs a new belt, everything moves and ppears to work. The cabinet needs lots of work though, she's only asking 25 for it

Wow, that looks SO much like the one I got yesterday off craigslist. Mine is a WhiteFR 221071, and it works but the cabnit isnt in good shape either. Mines very dirty, but Rob paid 50.00 for mine!
