As a dog lover I was interested in your stall for dog collars. Is the charity you support the Dogs Trust?

I do support the dogs trust but I try to do some fundraising for southwest sighthounds they can be found here

    http://www.freewebs.com/southwestsighthounds/index.htm

I make collars and sell them and the profits go to help with the costs of the dogs

I also do home visiting and some transporting

Today we went and took some of the kennel dogs to the field to play with my three - now DH and the dogs are all sleeping and all of them look quite content

The dog show I will be at will be to raise money for Greyhound Welfare - they are based in Newport in Wales - and they have invited me to set up a stall and hopefully make some money to help the dogs :)

K9 hello, I knit coats for dogs and make small quilts for the k9knitters to sell , the money goes to the dogs trust and one other smaller animal charity that varies every year, your name reminded me of them

Have read the Sight Hounds web site and hope that more people will think about Greyhounds. I support the Dogs Trust and have done so for many years.and it breaks my heart sometimes when the new dogs arrive and see what a sorry state they are in. good Luck with all you do.

That's why I took the name of k9colliedog because I would never forget it. My border collie Lady is getting old now and has slowed down so much but mentally still thinks she is still two years old

Karen my ancestors were from the Yorkshire area. They came to the new world around 1635. I have been trying to plan a trip to England now for about 2 years to come to that area to do more research but alas, finances have prevented me from coming. But one day i will get there. :)

To all of you who are doing volunteer work for animals I send a great big THANKS!

My sister and I have had four dogs and all but the first came from a rescue group. Two still with us. They are the light of our lives.

Henry, hello, do you have any idea where in Yorkshire ? Its the largest county in England, but probably would seem small to you, it starts about 1o miles from me.
