    an insulated beer cozy.

    I have beer fabric - probably about two yards maybe? I keep thinking I'll use it for something!

    Find some fabric colors to go with the "Beer" fabric & make a couple of placemat or a table runner for him.

    You could make a cover for the back and seat of his office chair, adding some accent colors as borders, etc.
