Grammyto2, glad to hear you are photographing your quilts and saving the pictures because if anyone of your friends or family ever loses one at baggage claim or to a house fire, the picture will help the appraiser get your loved one's insurance needs dealt with.

Applique quilts are wonderful. Hope you enjoy making at least one of them. It's one of my favorite ways to make a quilt. Well, I like to applique album quilts and sash and border them with piecing. It's all so much fun!

Oh, My! I would sooooo love to learn to LA, I never thought to ask all those around here if they'd teach me &/or rent me a timeslot!!! What a great idea, there is a quilter just 4 blocks form me that has a LA, offers her services at a LQS in Cuyahoga Falls... I may just have to call her (I have no idea if she is part of this board or not)
