    this is really interesting, I also watch the video...wonderful FMQ tips and lessons. http://www.flynnquilt.com/ - has any one done large quilts with this?

    Yup, that's my Husqvarna Sapphire sitting on the table. The lower portion of the frame (the tracks) rests on the table and it's end legs. There are two trucks(?) per side. One moves from side to side on the frame, and has rails on it's top. The other moves ahead and back, riding the rails of the lower truck. I can get good circular motion with it, have to pratice to see if I can pebble stuff.
    I must not have seen the pic of your machine. Very cool!!!!! :thumbup:

    Love your hubby's idea and handy work. I have a Flynn and I love it. I have three sets of extentions, all the way to 10 feet long, and have quilted on all of them. Great frame for your money and limited space. I would love to see your hubby's idea up close. (my hubby needs a new project and this looks like a good one) I would love to see yours in action, can you post pics or video?????

    great idea. brought this flynn over a year ago and havent tried it yet. do you have any quilted items to show us yet? lucky lady!

    I just finished one quilt (only my second time), currently in Pictures, thread title Dad's quilt...first of 2001, I think. I'm using 10' metal conduit.
