I throw in some football. If I am by myself I always have the TV on CMTV for the music.

yes I do cause it was in a package with att versus I luv it I watch alot of movies but have to hav my red wings and the tigers and my sad lions and My nascar can you tell we are sport crazies would be able to get any if we had local tv. thank goodness we don't watch pro basket ball but we are big Michigan State sport fans my dad used to say we bleed red for the wings and green&white stripe for Mich state LOL So we hav to have the Big ten college sport channel and espn sports for March madness and espn for nascar

Yes, dish, my husband loves his sports and I use it as my radio in my sewing room..

yes but only get 2 channels (both PBS) - we will never get cable as the area is too rural. I refuse to pay $20 a month for dish, from what I have seen it is a lot of garbage. We have a VCR and a ton of videos.
DH seconds me on this, he gets the calls from the dish people, telling him about the special deal, he says, "IF it was only $2 a year I MIGHT consider it."

..and I thought I was the only one with out it. My room mate (ex-husband), really misses his sports, but I'm not willing to provide it for him because the TV doesn't interest me.

I share my computer with him...and he finds TV shows on-line.

He's learning to be resourceful...or "frugal" as I like to say!

We have dish, and I find myself not watching much tv anymore, but I do like to watch college football and basketball, I use my dvr a lot and watch when I have time. But I do watch quilt in a day and quilting with fons and porter.

Nope. We have a TV but don't get any channels. We use it just for Netflix movies.
