My mom has had that furniture for some time. I wanted to give an impression of the size of the block now and how it looks good in just about any room.
I'm not big on dark, shiny wood. I like oak, the sunnier, brigher, the better.

My mom ran out of room to store all her quilts. So, she's got this one shoved in the hallway next to the bookcase she also doesn't have room for.
She's not happy with it, by the way. So, I'm just waiting to inherit it. :mrgreen:
