I need to go to find some whole grain orzo pasta so I want to ask for the right stuff. I've got 63 lbs to get off and I hope being on here will keep me going!
They call it the mother it is kind of cloudy and unfiltered. I get it on line at vitacost.com amazon.com sells it, but they sell it in the health/natural food stores. I saw amazon has whole wheat orzo.

Could someone post my pic here for all the newbies to see what your fearless leader looks like?

It might be a good idea for anyone who wants to post their pic and then when they lose 10 lbs post another one this way we could see the difference with the wieght loss. Just a thought.

Weighed this morning and have done very good all day. I have no candy/sweets in my house to eat, which is a good thing. Earlier I had the munchies so I shared a bag of popcorn with Hubby. Have drank a lot of water, which is a norm for me as I am one that loves water. Gotta get off those sodas. Didn't drink as much today as I normally would. That is something I really have to work on but I will do it! I am determined! I'm going to look up info on pilattes now. Sandy
