Oh My God (can I say that), it is awesome. What a great idea to use dark brown, it really set the blocks off. Wow.

Tell, me how hard is this type of quilt to make. Or is it a matter of working on a smaller scale for block sizes. Is this something that you work on off and one, rather than start it and work on it solely til it is finished.

I made this with a group of friends here on the QB...if you look under the Topic Lists, you will find our "Jane Stickle Cyber Sew" We had a schedule and we all worked together. There are several of us who have finished making our Baby Janes. For me....it was just a matter of making my allotted 4-5 blocks per week...I did other things as well until I got close to the end, then got excited and concentrated on finishing this quilt. There are some people who are still working on theirs...and then there are some people who have just started making theirs, but will be using the same schedule and posting to the threads.

We had so much fun working together though, that we are now working on another project together. It is the "Affairs of the Heart" quilt. You should check it out...
