When I send packages to my Aussie friend I have to but I didn't have to do anything special for just the envelope. That's weird isn't it.
Last swap I had filled out a customs slip for the APO (I have sent books and DVDs to APOs needing the custom slips) and one for Canada. When I got to the post office I needed the one for Canada and not the one for the APO-I asked why and the postal clerk said it had to do with the weight of the package. A regular envelope (1 F8 or finished block) may not needed while a heavier envelope may. Could just be the difference of a few ounces. :-)
Also recieved F8s from:
Craft phanatic
Katy
Jennifer 22206
OK Darla

I swear the PO clerks are clueless on some things, just take it with a wing and a prayer, don't they?. I didn't have to fill out anything for Austrialia, Canada or the APO. Same thing with the 1 oz. and the 1/4" thickness -- you can never anticipate what they will come up with! Go figure!
Yes, I had to fill out the customs slips for you and the two in Canada and the military address.
Here are my fabrics that I will use in my quilt.
Difergi, your envelope won the draw this morning. Have my thinking cap on! Will start your block today.

the fabric furthest left will be the backing, I will be sending out the green & pink for the blocks.

I ordered my fabric in April, received shipping notice that it was sent out. On May 5, I contacted the shop and told them I had not received the package yet, they sent me the tracking #, I contacted the post office, they traced it, and today I have called them and they have located the package. Tomorrow I will pick it up, wash, press and mail out on Monday.
This is the first time in over 10 years of ordering fabric online that I experienced a problem, & hope it's the last!
Anyone who knows my work, knows that hand applique is my expertise. Just love it.
I plan on doing hand work for everyone, unless you do not want it. So anyone who would prefer not to receive an applique block, please PM me so I can accommodate your quilt.

Judy I am glad you like it as well.
I have received my first two beautiful blocks from PaintmeJudy and Moonrise. I will post pictures as soon as I can find my SD card. I love them both they are perfect-thank you so much!
Also I have several F8s that came in recently that I have to update from whom. Will do that this evening.
Hugs
