I have my fabric set aside, well most of it. Looking for one more piece that will blend with the ones I found so far. Have the design in mind and it is going to be fun to put together. Looking forward to seeing everyone's done projects as they are received.

Made my quilt top today but got carried away and it's almost 36 inches square. So -- made my second quilt top today. Just needs some fine tuning, a few embellishments, and out it goes. Gimme a week or so, and I'll be ready for February.

I bought all my material last week but have not started on anything yet. I have an idea in my head, just hope it translates well to the doll quilt. I plan on getting started next week now that the holidays are over and things can get back to normal around here(whatever normal is)

Nancy, you didn't have to recreate! You know I run a loose ship here. The guidelines are just guidelines. No real rules here. But now you will have TWO beautiful Louisiana quilts. Let me know if you need to get "rid" of the big one! I'll send you my addy! I have some fabrics pulled and a really odd sketch on graph paper. Quiltingcloud, I hope you're up to one of my wild quilts.

Well I've so many ideas running through my head for this month's DQ, don't really know which way to go. I believe there are so many great things about Colorado it's hard to choose. Then there's the subject of my ability to be able to accomplish what I'm designing. I think I'll have to plunge right in and just start on it and let it flow. We'll see, I may be doing a few to get it right, lol.
