Great job. Thanks for showing the 'swiss cheese' fabric so we can see the original layout. I just ordered my ruler last Friday. Love the left over projects, especially that sweet little pin cushion.

My original layout was with 5 inch squares And 3 rows of 7, Row 1&3 start with dark blue and Row2 starts with yellow I added a 3 inch yellow border then cut and marked top Rt A1 A2 A3 etc. Did this with all rows as I cut and then chain sewed them together, then added a 1/2 inch strip to the raw edges in navy thead and added a 2 1/2 inch border in the yellow It is SID and squared to 15 1/2 x28 inches then icut 2 1/2 in strips fot a doublefold binding The template was one I made myself.I would do this first before doing a large quilt just to get the idea I squared my scrapto 2 1/4 " squares for the potholders the logcabin is a 4 1/2 " square and the flower pincushion is on a golf tee that sits in a spool of thread . just google flower pinushion on a golf tee for the felt on bottom of flower i colored white flt with a matching marker. All simple to do projects!
