    there are pattern sewer and there are see it, can do it their way, it's what works for you, even if i have a pattern i always seem to alter it then it's my design. i have a niece when she makes a craft she follows the pattern and color exactly, if she needs my help she always bring the exact supplies cause she knows i do my own thing

    A pattern is merely a suggestion, so yup...I wing it a lot!! I have fun with it and make my WIP unique. :-)

    I didn't know there was any other way to quilt! I do use patterns sometimes, but it's fun to pull out some fabric and just make something. Everyone should do it once in a while just to expand their mind - stretch a bit.
