    There's a magazine in England, I think, that offered a quilt design contest. You submitted your design (with a fee, of course) and then they chose the winner (who got a moderate prize - less than $1,000). The kicker was that they got to keep your designs and you didn't have any further copyright on them - they could do whatever they wanted. Talk about a ripoff.

    I could never even think about going into any transaction with someone who does not know how to use the English language. Much less in these hard times send money and an item which I had to spend time and money on. Maybe it is a left over April's Fools joke???

    Why would any one consider going into partnership when the person cannot even write with correct puncuation or grammer? Sounds like the scams of people who have animals up for adoption and all you have to do is pay for the transportation of the animal. The lanugae is usually the giveaway that it is some country doing a scam. If just one person spends the $25 he has made money. Take care.
