I just bought one at a garage sale with the F4447192 serial number. it was "born" in 1913 in Clydebank, Scotland so I would imagine yours would be a 1924. the design is called Lotus blossum and it is a 66 model...right now I am looking for extra feet for mine. the drawers were full of needles, buttons, junk with a picture of a woman from Scotland that looked like a school picture...very interesting. Mine is not back together yet but machine itself is going to be waxed today and then moved inside. enjoy yours.

This is just beautiful. I was wondering what sort of a name was for the pattern of the decals but then read later that it is the Lotus Blossom. Just gorgeous! I am amazed at all the old sewing machines that are out there for purchase. I have one upstairs in my sewing loft, that my daughter in law is having me store for her. It is in rough shape and not a Singer. I think it is a White(treadle). The cord is off but it has a new one. Not sure if it was put on, it would even work. Suppose I could hook it up and see if it even goes around. Jan
