sorry - I meant the pink one links the star block to the next one in the table runner. The blue one is the star block alone. Thanks to both of you for graphing them for us, and to Dee Dee for starting this. That book is very tempting...too bad I don't have another 50 or so years of quilting left in my lifetime! Bonnie

Try this site and look at the free quilting patterns by manufacturer, maybe you can find a quilt with a similar block and download the pattern.

It is a beautiful runner. I haven't read this entire thread, but offer the following hoping not to be redundant: Please attempt to draw it on a piece of graph paper. If you look closely, it is a 6x6 patch - 2" grid for a 12" block. You can see enough of the pattern to draw it and then erase the appropriate lines. -- I am sure you can do it.

I imported a picture of a quilt, crop it to one block and then use the trace feature to trace the block and then the tracing is converted to a block drawing in EZ draw. Of course there are no sewing instructions. Sometimes it's better to buy the pattern to get the construction method that makes it easier. I buy patterns/books for the construction methods not the actual block patterns.
