Karla, that one was a fun quilt to make. You just start building 4-patches, 9-patches, etc. with strips and stripes and fit them together. Find a space that needs something and build to fit the space! I had a ball working on it and intend to do another some day. This method leaves a lot of room for creativity!

Here's mine - but it's strictly black and white.

They are all beautiful, but I think my favorite is Yvonne's.
Love the splashes of color in it

Had to show the black & white a friend and I made for our Pastor and his wife, who unfortunately were leaving . The pattern is Turning Twenty Around the Block and it is super simple. We mad it in 3 day and a lady that does our long arm quilting did it for us in a week's time even though
she had about 50 to do before Christmas and this was the last of Oct.

I forgot to tell you that if you look close you will see our "mistake". I went over this with a fine tooth comb before we showed it to them and found one and corrected it and the day we had this lunch and gave it to them I walked around to look at it and it just jumped out at me. This was before it was quilted and I told the pastor's wife I would fix it and she said "No, that is my block. I am not the typical pastor's wife and I am always out side the box that one is for me." and I didn't change it
