Is it really softer than most other cotton quilting fabrics?
The muslin is a looser weave then most cotton quilt fabrics. With it on the front and back of the quilt, the quilt drapes beautiful and is so very soft. I often have customers use the wide backings of printed fabric and the quilts tend to be a bit stiff until they are washed. This quilt is soft right off the machine - no need to wash it to get it soft. I love this.
