What a great quilt. Very well done. And Charisma, your quilting is amazing as usual.

    Hi Scuba,
I actually freehand quilt everything. On this quilt I quilted swirls by my own hand and the design in teh side setting traiangles are little loops and stars that are also done my my own freehand.

I own the Circle lord swirles board..but they are so big and I can't manipulate them as well as I can my own to fit in any type of space. So I hardly use the swirl board.I hope that helps. Thanks.

    Hi Feline,
Well yes..I have to slow down...I did have breakage a bit in the beginning....but I just kept making the adjustments it didn't take long. What I have learned (the hard way) is that I only use Superior threads metallic threads. I won't use any other brands. Superior makes the best metallic threads that handle really well. I have a huge cone of gold and silver that I bought at a show ....great stuff!
