    Beautiful! How long did it take you to quilt t? I love feathers and in order to get them done in my lifetime I've started doing free motion machine quilting. I'm not sure my arthritis would like me doing hand work so much any more either!

    This quilt took me around 10 or 11 weeks to finish. I marked it with a darning needle - a traditional marking method I found pictures of in a book one day.

    Your quilting is just fantastic ! especially by hand that is a fantastic job. I don't see very many quilted by hand like this. Makes me want to try one using some of these stitches. Love it.
