Oh yeah.......I got a box of raisin bran one time that had multiple little winged creatures in it........sadly enough I ate a few bites out of my bowl before I noticed them (thought I was gonna puke!) ................didn't eat raisin bran for a few years after that, and I look very closely before eating now, lol.

On our last cruise, I scooped up some musli for my breakfast, & I had a piece of stainless steel the sz. of a quarter & 1/8" thick. Boy, was I shocked. I also had a rolled bandaid in a salad from Wendies.

once I invited my younger brother to eat supper with us. We were having chicken and rice and apparently, maggots, (dead), - on his plate. He saw the eyes and showed it to me....EWWW!
lol, we did dump his plate, but ate the rest of the food. After all, the boiling temperatures kill germs...right?

since we have been dealing with teeny tiny black ants, I have been putting crackers etc, in the fridge.
Sometimes I like to eat graham crackers with peanut butter and nutella for breakfast.
Yup, this morning there were some frozen visitors to the pack on one end.
I discarded over half the pack and kept on eating.
It made me think about ppl that eat chocolate covered insects
I didn't get any tickles in my tummy, so I think I'm good.

ROTFLMBO that was too funny! Wonder how many times they use that poor bird. how many times does a hint of flavor last?

wow, we should link this thread to the dieting thread. It's enough to make you lose your appetite. Or at least eat with your glasses on....

In the 70's I was making a glass of instant tea and noticed something odd, it was a dehydrated grasshopper, cured my thirst fast. Only make real tea now. Also found grasshopper in a can of spinach once. I rinse all my canned vegetables now, and search for foriegn objects.
