Mine looks just like the one in your link:

Casserole Carrier
Cut 2: 19 1/2" squares of fabric
Cut 1: 19 1/2" square of batting (Insulbright retains more heat, but regular batting works well also)

Cut 2: 4x20" pieces of fabric for handle
Cut 1: 4x20" piece of batting

two: 3" rings

Place the two squares, right sides together, then put on the top of batting square. Stitch around the square, leaving a 4-5" opening on one side for turning. Trim corners at an angle and turn right side out, press, slip-stitch the opening closed. Quilt by stitching corner-to-corner and side to-to-side.

Place the handle fabrics right sides together and place on top of batting piece. Stitch the long sides, turn right side out, press, and quilt the handle.

Sew the handle on two opposite corners.
Sew the 3" rings in the two other corners.

To use, place the casserole in the center of the square and slip the handle through the rings.

Hey, no comments from the peanut gallery. It has worked well the last 40 years, why change now!
