Not really a pattern. I saw a tutorial a while back on line on how to cut off the legs, remove the thick inseam and sew the two front legs together r, then the two back legs so you get a skirt. Then even it up and sew the bottom. Just take that part and lay it on your lining and cut it out using the bag as the pattern, but adding a cole inches at the top to fold under. I usually use fusible fleece on my lining to make it a bit more stable. Finish your lining with pockets or however you want, sew up the sides and bottom and insert it in the bag. I make my straps from the legs and line them with fabric matching the lining and insert them between lining and bag and pin carefully the layers together, with the top of the lining folded down between. Sew around the top using a jeans needle and denim or very heavy duty thread. The tutorial was pretty basic, but the main thing I got out of it was how to cut the legs and make the bottom of the bag straight. I also top stitch my straps. Thats it in a nut shell, you just have to play with it and each one you do you'll get better! Tension sewing the top was the biggest problem, so the thread doesn't loop or knot on the lining.
