I'm glad you all like it! It was hard to let it go. I guess I should make one that stays home. I was a little worried that it wouldn't be masculine enough but I figured his wife will like it too  She decorates with quilts.

I took my camera card in and they couldn't recover the pictures. :( I was told I need to call around and find a larger photo lab that would have better software and maybe they would be able to. Oh well! At least I have a few shots. Lesson learned! Hope you learned it too :!:

I have another blue and white quilt started that will be a wedding gift. That is the next one to get finished up. The blue and white just looks so fresh and crisp! And they are the wedding colors. How perfect it that?

This is one beautiful quilt. I am sure he and wifey will just love it. By the way your punched tin furniture piece showing is very cute.

Thank you! My Late Mother-in-Law redid that pie safe for us from a pile of broken bits. She used quilting patterns for the tin design. We store all our DVDs and CDs in it.

 I learned a valuable lesson I need to share with you :!: .....Download your pictures BEFORE you give the quilt away :!: I tried to download a few shots of the back and label and it didn't work and now the disk for the camera wants to re-format. So I'll just get to show you the front.

He collects colbalt blue glassware so that is how I decided on the color.

I found this pattern on quilterscache. It was fun and quick. 12 inch blocks. It took me awhile to get the quilting done because my machine started acting up. Gave it a good cleaning and re-oiled it...problem solved.
Love it! Tell me your secret in getting those points to match perfectly :?:

Wow! Great points! I've never worked for someone I would be willing to make a quilt for.
