Thank you for posting the photo and showing the inside. I am putting this on my list for Christmas gifts for my 2 sons....and make-up pouch for my daughter.

I have never sewn with vinyl. What type of Foot did you use? If you have any tips, please let me know.

Thank you!

Now just how cool is that!! Did you have a special pattern? That would make great gifts for the male members of my family. Looks like it would work out just right for a makeup kit as well. and appears to be washable.

Thank you!
I quilted my fabric first and then just added a very lightweight piece of vinyl (sewed it to the quilted piece by sewing all around the edge to attach). Used my walking foot to attach the vinyl - it is a little harder to work with once you have the vinyl attached - just go slowly and try not to use too bad a language. LOL The end result is worth the extra struggle with the vinyl.

Thanks everyone for your compliments. It would be a great bag for either men or women. We all need bags for stuff! This only took one day to complete so line up those names for Christmas and start your machines....

Just had a thought - you could probably use that PUL fabric for diaper liners, bibs etc instead of vinyl.
