Coming upon this post late as I can barely keep up with my regular emails this time of year... but I am just starting this pattern for my son for Christmas. So far I have the fat quarters cut from half yards of batik fabric that I picked out this spring. It is a pretty simple pattern and hopefully will go together quickly.

I found it and ordered a downloadable copy (9 pages) for myself. It is Grandma's Quilt Patterns--March and is from Under the Shamrock on Etsy. $9.95 plus .70 for tax. Even the pictures match if anyone is wanting this one. I'm someone that needs a pattern...not good at winging it.
