Dining Room turned studio and thread storage

Thank you. It took a year to put it all together. I just took my time. In addition to my love of quilting, I love all crafts including redoing furniture. I live in a house with a husband and 2 teen boys and finally wanted a space that was just mine. They don't go in the pink room :-)

Having your own space is an accomplishment. We all like to be creative even if it is on a dining room table. Keep being creative!

That china cabinet was given to me by a neighbor who had to foreclose on his estate. I helped him with an all weekend estate sale and he gave it to me as payment for my help. A little work, and it turned out beautiful. I love used furniture and repurposing it for a new use. Thank you for the kind words.

It does get messy when I am working on a project for sure, but being and staying organized makes for easy clean up. I have pushed out several quilts out of the space since December and luckily I have managed to keep it clean. I am sure one day, my fab stash may take over :-) Thank you.
