    I've read all the wonderful comments to my son. Thank you everyone. He is just so excited to see all the comments on his quilt. I think hes just about ready to start another one.

    My first thought is that he should not sell this one. Its his first quilt and he will treasure it when he's grown. Let him make a duplicate for his next one, and let him sell that one to your friend. You need to keep this one for him and for in shows, as someone else suggested. Think of his thrill when he wins his first ribbon! And once your first quilt is gone you can't get it back!
