    remember those yarn dolls with a styrofoam balls for a head, how about emb floss and a small bead for the head, they also used to make octopuses out of them. go to bing or pintrest and there's a lot of things there. I'd probably do a few of those.Little teddy bears are cute too. I've made them as pincushions too. anything small stuffed is cute. just reduce whatever to 4-5 inches. have fun. show us some pictures of what you came up with.

    I know I've seen patterns for paper pieced cars and trains. Some really cute ideas are popping up here!
